Refund policy

ErgoSharp Sharpening System is warranted for one year from purchase.  ErgoSharp Sharpening System may be returned for full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as the product has never been used.  There is a $50 restocking fee should the product be used, again only applicable in the first 30 days after delivery.  After 30 days, products cannot be returned unless defective.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  All warranty and return requests should be made to customersupport@ergosharp.com
